Just landed from Barcelona!!...hot on the scene Red lips, accompanied with black off the shoulder dresses. You can choose to keep the eyes simple or smoke them up, there's no such rule as choosing either eyes or lips.. as long as the eyes are not done extremely heavy a nice soft smokey eye keeps the look very classic.

Also don't forget that red is meant to bring you good luck if you wear it on NYE so add it to your out fit in any way.. red knickers are normally the way to go..

• ACCESSORIES - Very in this winter emerald Green accessories. 

• JEWELLERY - Classic looks.. keep it simple, minimal accessories..simple gold chain, or a couple of bangles even a beautiful watch as your key piece. 

• HAIR - Low sleek bun

• WARDROBE - Black classic pieces, off the shoulder dresses, sheer tights.

• SHOES - Over the knee high boots are HOT this season, as are suede boots. Chunky wedge ankle lace up boots also seen everywhere.

HOUSE OF NOISES!

Recently I designed the Make Up for the film clip of the upcoming single “Naked” for International Pop Rock Band House of Noises. The single will be launched on 27th November at Atlantico Live (ex Palacisalfa) in Rome. Their first EP will be out soon!

Here is a sneak peak at behind the scenes of the making of the film clip "NAKED"

HON was created by Carlo Cannarozzo and Alessandra Turri. Both have a great deal of musical experience and more than 1000 live performances to their credit.

This partnership has given birth in that short time to almost 150 songs in a vast range of styles: from pop to electronic, from rock to dance, blending their 80’s and 90’s musical experience with a truly contemporary sound.

A strong image, a distinctive voice, and an original and interesting concept mark them out. House Of Noises has by now grown into a team (musicians, artists, web designers, fashion designers, comic strip makers etc…) led by Carlo and Alessandra.

I have been racing around, always trying to find new looks and tips to share with you...

MAKE UP

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Terry Barber Director of MAC Make Up Artistry for the UK. He shared some wonderful tips, and current trends. HOT looks for the moment are smokey grey blue eyes very smudged look, nothing precise, and gorgeous caramel hues on the eyes matched with wine colored lips. Terry loves sculpture and movement and works the colour all around the face using different tones and shades to contour.

FASHION

OK so tartan is big! This winter the look is TARTAN, in any colour and piece from Jackets to shorts to skirts. The look is elegant A-Line skirts, matched with cropped jacket and thick heels. Think Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday crossed with your school principal..

LACE, NETTING, TEXTURE..

OK so, I have been working on something very special over the last week! Unfortunately I can't reveal what it is yet... but I will keep you posted I promise.

For now I want to share with you the latest looks in Europe for this season.

Firstly NETTING, LACE, TEXTURE...

Don't hold back, anything goes... almost anything! be creative, play with texture.

Sexy Bustier, Hosiery, and Stayups! Team this look with a pair of high waisted denim shorts for a casual look or shiny black panties and blazer, see Sienna Miller below.

                               

Wearing Lingerie on the outer.... This look is big at the moment.

Full high waisted briefs, very flattering, black seems to be the go for these textured looks, very sexy, team this look with a very soft smokey eye and Red or Deep Purple Lipstick as seen in my earlier blog.

I have been working with Paolo in the studio to create a clean fresh look that definitely never dies. Look in the mags and on the catwalks, October's Vogue issue features stories that are as Raw as ever. Beautiful!

 Create this look


Skin: Nars Balanced foundation, applied with fingers as this products need to be warmed up, to give a flawless finish, set with Mac Studio fix pressed powder.
Contour with Stila contour matt colour.


Eyes: Base Nars cream eyeshadow in Madagascar nude, follow with Stila Eyeshadow Dune, contour crease with Nars Eyeshadow in Portobello. Along the lash  line dabble Mac Fluidline in Blacktrack. Inner rim of eye use, Utowa eyeliner in Nude white Mascara, The Body Shop - Define and Lengthen.


Brows: Becca Brow powder in (colour appropriate for your brows, remember keep then as light and natural as possible).


Lips: First moisture well with The Body Shop Shea Lip Butter, works well as it is not glossy, then block out lip colour with Kevin Aucoin The Sensual Skin Enhancer in SX02. Complete by roughly outlining with Utowa eyeliner in Nude white, and accentuating cupids bow with Nars Eyeshadow in Kilimanjaro.

Photo shoot taken place in Ceri, Roma a little village outside of Rome. A futuristic girl in an antique village this shoot was designed with colour in mind. With the contrast of old buildings and the bold colours used this was a beautiful shoot..
